This update adds automated house cleaning and housing fixes. It also introduces new gameplay features, including Mecha Golems, the NPC Mechatron, and the formidable boss Gorgoroth. Additional bug fixes and general improvements are also included in the patch.
-Houses will be cleaned at 18:00 CEST every day for owners who haven't been online for more than 20 days.
-Fixed the exit positions for all houses. Items will now be transferred to your depot when you leave your house or if you automatically lose your house.
-Unique set items will now count as any grade for the default grade set bonus. For example, if you're wearing three grade 8 items, you can wear a unique set item in the missing slot to get the grade 8 set bonus.
-Unique set items will always have their base as grade 7, but their armor and resistance will scale up if your character meets the level requirement for a higher-grade item. This means that if you're above level 450, unique set items will have higher base resistance and armor than before.
-Reduced the Artifact of Sacrifice cooldown to 60 seconds, down from 300 seconds.
-New waypoints have been added at the following locations: Demon Skeletons, Grove Keepers, and Infernal Mages.
-Lightbringer Doll and Skeletron Emblem are now much more common.
-The Dungeon Running Backpack now costs 50 dungeon tokens, as stated, instead of 150.
-You can now purchase a Universal Jewelry Tool for 15 dungeon tokens.
-Added a new NPC at Goblin Crusaders: Mechatron. He gives access to Mecha Golems, a new high-level spawn inside the War Golems area.
-Added a new boss, Gorgoroth. He will spawn roughly once per day in one of these spawns: Infernal Mages, Jungle Beasts, Mecha Golems, and Dreamhaunters. He can drop a couple of new items.
Changes from last weekend's restart (not previously posted):
-The DPS Tester now works even if you have over 10,000 DPS.
-Slightly increased the Archer's auto-attack damage.
-Fixed a rare crash issue related to chat channels.
-Fixed a rare crash issue related to pushing creatures.
-Extended logs for database to detect why server has gotten out of sync with database two times. This isue still exists but should be resolved the next time it happens.
Today there will be a small patch adding some minor new content, along with some improvements and bugfixes.
-Added a new NPC at leafstone golems.
-Added a new creature, mythical elf - level 280. They can be found in a new NPC Questline.
-Fixed a bug that made daily tasks unable to complete for some players.
-Added two new rewards to events; there's a small chance to unlock a mount for winning an event, if you've already gained the mount from winning an event then you have a chance to obtain a new mount item when winning future events.
-Added grade 8 gems to loot table of the creatures that can drop grade 8 items.
-You can now use the raft to travel between and from crimson desert. A new raft has been placed in the Sand Beetles spawn.
-It's now possible for Deepling Leader to spawn randomly inside of deeplings, or the 150+, 250+ snow area. It will happen roughly once every day.
-Fixed a bug with wizard ring, where it would consume recipes and not add the proper bonuses to it.
-Made it impossible to edit the beginners guide in the temple.
-All potions should now work even if you're standing on another player.
-Expanded the jungle beast area.
A new update is rolling out today, featuring an expanded level 250+ area, additional high-level monsters, a plethora of fresh items, numerous new mounts and outfits for players to acquire, and a host of general enhancements and bug fixes.
-Sharpshooters level 260 and level 310 spells can now hit up to 8 targets (previously 4).
-Fixed a bug that made it possible to move altars of war & altars of endurance.
-More bosses have autoloot now.
-4 new mounts are possible to obtain.
-3 new outfits are possible to obtain.
-Grade 8 items can be obtained as rare drops from: demon skeletons, dreamhaunters, infernal mages, jungle beasts, hobgoblins and king granirk.
-The existing grade 8 weapons have had their stats increased.
-Lots of tier 7 recipes can now also be used on grade 8 equipment (for double the cost).
-Swamplands has been expanded, a new cave has been added underneath death dragons.
-A new area has been added in the south city, south from the disgusting checkpoint you can now find a new area to explore.
-Updated the monsters you can get from the Daily task for a lot of level ranges.
-Priest's lepidus spell will now always enchant both the caster and the target.
-Fixed a bug that could make it so the plant in the arctic horror quest could become unreachable.
-More changes to balance of monsters, some have had their experience boosted, resistances and armors reduced to make more places viable to hunt.
-Fixed a bug that prevented bosses from spawning in solo dungeons.
-Grade 7 items from dungeons can be gotten from level 350 (previously 400).
-Lots of other minor issues have been fixed.
Outfit and mount bonuses are now accountwide!
Details:
-All of your characters outfits & mounts on your accounts will now count towards mounts and outfit bonuses.
-You won't be able to use the mounts and outfits on all characters, if you want to actually use them you need to unlock them.
-To prohibit people from sharing and playing at the same time on the same accounts to gain tons of extra bonuses, it will no longer be possible to attack monsters if you're online on two characters from the same account and one or more is not on trainers. If someone wishes to move their character to a new account, I can provide that service.
A couple of more minor issues were fixed too and more changes will be coming soon.
Patch from a few hours ago:
-It's no longer needed for non-archers to wear a shield to receive bonuses from wearing a full grade set.
-Lepidus armaor (priest's AoE defense bonus enchant) now also enchants the caster.
-Serpentine dagger now works.
-Black and red skulled creatures will now only start attacking players if they have been attacked. If they haven't been attacked for 60 seconds, they won't look for any new targets.
-Slightly decreased armor and resists of a lot of level 300+ monsters.
-The ammo slot rewards from the red dragon tasks had their values increased.
-Heidinger should now always drop his key.
-Expanded the spawns of: green dragons, royal elves and huntsmen.
-A lot more minor fixes.
Tonight the server crashed, and unfortunately our house items didn't save properly. House items had to be restored from our last backup 12 hours ago. It's impossible for us to track what items dissapeared so we can't return missing items to players. All house items have been properly restored from our last backup now. We'll make sure this won't happen again in the future. I'm really sorry for all issues that this might've caused for you.
